Open Signal: Voices

We had a little over one week to create an anthem film for Open Signal (formerly Portland Community Media) to present to Portland City Council. During this condensed timeframe, I worked directly with the Open Signal stakeholders to determine the needs of the film. I then wrote the script and executed the vision as the film’s director.
